Question 2

Do I need the app?

Accepted Answer

The app is an essential tool for working with us. You’ll use it to set your availability, select your teams, view your payments, and track your performance.

Question 3

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

We’ll deposit payment directly into your bank account. You earn money each time you work. There is no limit to how much money you can earn, including tips and performance bonuses.

Question 4

How do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Your pay is based on the time and distance traveled for each appointment (and you keep 100% of your tips, of course). You also qualify for performance bonus with each shipment. Drivers are paid a bit more to account for vehicle costs and maintenance, depending on the size of their vehicle. All payments are made directly in the MYLO app, so you’ll need to add your banking info to get paid. You can also turn on QuickPay to cash out the next day.

Question 5

What is MYLO QuickPay?

Accepted Answer

MYLO QuickPay is a lot like it sounds. Our technology deposits your earnings into your bank account the day after you earn them. It’s your money. You earned it! It’s that simple. You may turn on QuickPay in your app or elect to receive bi-weekly payments, if you’d like. Whichever works best for you.

Question 6

How do I sign up?

Accepted Answer

1) Download the MYLO Pro app; 2) Schedule your local training; and 3) Show us you have what it takes. Top performers exceed $120K in annual earnings.

Question 7

What if I can’t be at a job?

Accepted Answer

You may remove yourself from a job up to 48 hours prior to the start of the appointment. Failure to notify us or to follow through on a job commitment, however, will result in deactivation.

Question 8

Will I have to drive far?

Accepted Answer

We use modern technology to try to keep service appointments within a manageable distance. However, you will have to drive to unique locations for each job if you’re unable to arrange a carpool with your crew, and we cannot promise that all jobs will be nearby. If driving is not for you or you do not have reliable transportation, this may not be a great fit. Keep in mind, we do pay for mileage.

Question 9

Can you explain mileage?

Accepted Answer

If you operate a vehicle that transports shipments in the MYLO Network, your pay per mile will depend on the size of your vehicle and other factors. If you’re invited to a service crew, you will earn about $.35/mile after the first 15 miles from your home to the first location, and from the final location to your home. In between locations, you’re on the clock and being compensated for that time. In some instances, you’ll be paid based on mileage between locations. Please note, some markets may pay different rates based on traffic, fuel, and other travel costs.

Question 10

How soon can I be promoted?

Accepted Answer

It’s largely up to you! We provide every service provider with a clear path to earning performance bonuses and moving up the ranks in the MYLO Network. Your experience and performance will be measured and tracked in your app. These factors will contribute to your earnings and how soon you will be promoted. We are very interested in your development and helping you succeed.

Question 11

How do I choose my crew?

Accepted Answer

If you qualify for the MYLO Network, you will gain access to send and receive invitations in our app directly to other service providers who are enrolled in our network. Whether you’re looking for on-demand work or you’re already part of a seasoned crew, we’re here to support the best among us.

Question 12

Do I need my own equipment?

Accepted Answer

Only if you operate as a Director (independent contractor or motor carrier), then yes, you will be responsible to outfit your vehicle(s) with the proper equipment to safely handle and protect customer belongings. We offer very affordable options to lease or own the equipment you may need to provide high quality service. If you already have the necessary equipment, there’s no obligation to lease or own additional equipment. All independent contractors must purchase a MYLO safety vest or safety apparel to wear during their appointments.

Question 13

Will you help me enroll?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we’re glad to help! We’ve also learned that the strongest candidates are able to navigate most of the onboarding process on their own. Get started today and we’ll see you soon. If you have questions about a particular step, you may contact us by phone or email. We’re very willing to help.
